Update...
Sorry I haven't written anything new in the past couple of days...I was at my friend Mary's most of Friday night helping her with the gingerbread contest entry...we had our ups and downs, but I think it turned out great ^^ And since there were only 5 entries, I'm pretty sure she won (; Ty's project came out well, but he got marked down because he didn't have an actual house...sorry I broke the shantee....lol (: But Friday night I got a call saying that my mom was going to the emergency room. Later I found out it was her appendix and she needed to have surgery. So she had gotten it taken out yesterday morning and she is at home now resting :) So this weekend, overall, was very...interesting. Hope you all had a better weekend :) Hopefully this week will go by fast !

Then 7th period was over and it felt weird because it didn't feel like the end of the day! Tomorrow I have 2 big tests so I have to study big time tonight and then go to church band practice and Lent service. The I must go home and study more :/ So that's about it for now !

Great American Bake Sale Organization
Anyone ever heard of this organization? Well, its this organization that people can raise money, through bake sales, to help people who have no food in the U.S. It is a really great organization and so my friends and I (including Mary and Ty) want to to this cake challenge, kinda like the Food Network Challenges or Ultimate Cake Off. We are going to talk to our Vice Principal and see if we can get our Nutrition and Wellness room at our school so that we can throw this little shindig, the auction off our cakes and sell cupcakes to raise money for this great organization...and have fun at the same time (=
Gingerbread Competition
Okay, so my friends and I are in a gingerbread contest. Is that weird? Cause most people are surprised when I talk about it. But anyway, so my two friends, Mary and Ty are in German Club. They have thing thing they are going to this weekend for it at Ball State called Staatskongress. There is a gingerbread competition going on and they asked me to help them, but its really, really fun! Mary, she is like my best friend and she is making a festival, the May Day festival in Germany, every year, on May 1st. Its a lot of work and it is coming together pretty well, seeing how she is a great baker and does that kind of stuff all the time! Ty, my other friend, he is making a model of this famous wall thing that got torn down in the 1800's i think. But i forgot the name of it. So anyway, the competition is on the 27th and we still have A LOT of work to do so im kinda scared but im pretty sure we can finish it! (: I will post pictures when we get done, but for now, bye!
The Five People You Meet In Heaven Review
A few days ago, I finished the book "The Five People You Meet In Heaven." It was the most amazing book I have ever read! The author is Mike Albom. The plot is pretty simple. A man dies and goes to Heaven. During his journey he meets five different people, people who have changed his life, whether they knew it or not. As he meets these people, he learns a lesson from each of them. This is a sweet, touching novel that will warm your heart and bring a tear to your eye.
Luke's 50 books in one year challange
My friend Allison started this challenge at the end of last year called the "50 Books in One Year". Being the good friend I am, I said I would participate. So its the end of February and I have only read one book, "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" and it was AMAZING(: i think everyone should read the book ! So, I have to decide on another book, any suggestions?
The New News (:
So today I saw one of my friends, Jenna, had a blog. I went to it, saw that it was pretty cool, and decided to make one myself ! So if you have any suggestions on what i should write, just hit me up! But other then that, enjoy! :)
